Product Description

The filter plate is one of the main part of the filter press, and and plays a important role in the solid-liquid separation process. According to the different material, the filter plate can be divided into polypropylene filter plate, cast iron filter plate and stainless steel filter plate. according to the structure, filter plate mainly includes chamber filter plate and membrane filter plate. It is featured with flexibility, toughness, rigidity. The maximum feeding pressure of the filter plate is 1.6Mpa. With the properties of high temperature and high pressure resistance, antisepsis and airtight, short filtering cycle, good processing effect and low humidity of the cake.

They are suitable to various work conditions in mining, effulent treatment, chemical industry, oil extraction, ceramic, food&beverage, gelatin etc. The plate material can be RPP, glass fiber reinforced PP, cast iron, stainless steel etc. Our plates have advantages of wide range of adaptation, good corrosion resistance, wearing resisting, long service life etc.
